Do you have a shop where I can see/buy your products and view your finishes?
Yes. We have a showroom in Central London where we hold over 10,000 lines in stock which you can purchase or order specials. You can also see our range of finishes on display.

Do you sell to the general public as well as the trade?
Yes. We have always sold to private individuals as well as the trade.

Is there a minimum order?
No. You can buy any quantity you wish.

What are your delivery times?
The delivery time on most polished brass, polished chrome and satin chrome items is 2-3 days. For other finishes please allow 2 weeks.

Do you have prices on your website?
We do not list prices on our website. Please contact the sales team for quotations.

Can I buy directly from the website?
We do not have an online store. Select the products you are interested in along with the quantities and finish from our online catalogue. Then contact the sales team who will be happy to quote you.

Do you have other outlets/distributors in the U.K. or around the world?
No. Our showroom in Central London is our only outlet

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes we do. We have been exporting goods for over 25 years. These are specially packaged for export. You can either arrange your own shipper to collect the goods or we can use our own international couriers.

Are you in the London congestion charge zone?
No. We are fortunately just outside this zone if you are driving to us.

Do you have parking?
There is a loading bay adjacent to our showroom on Saint Michael’s Street. You can generally park here if you are loading goods or just intending on a quick visit. Otherwise there is metered parking on Star Street and Sale Place.

What are your opening times?
Our showroom is open Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm and on Saturday from 9am – 1pm. We are closed on Sundays. Please note during bank holiday weekends we do not open on Saturdays.
